We carry out a sampling service on the moulds we produce to check their correct functioning and compliance with the required quality standards.
The certainty of obtaining a compliant, high-quality mould
Specifically, the checks concern the dimensional aspects, tolerances and final yield of the product, so that we can intervene to optimise the mould should there be any aspects to correct or improve.
The mould is then tested and delivered “turnkey”, ready to be mounted on the press. On request, we also carry out pre-series production so that we can be sure of obtaining a result that conforms to requirements.
