Integration of EROWA 4.0 JMS Mold Line process control via chip

In order to optimise production performance and guarantee an excellent result, Brescia Stampi has incorporated a chip-based electrode control system that allows not only a high quality of execution and considerable precision on the mould, but also easier planning of the die sinking erosion process.

Each electrode has its own “identity card” where X-Y-Z-C-Finishing is inserted, allowing human error to be reduced to zero, while at the same time ensuring a significant reduction in set-up and loading time of the part and tool.
